A longword of flags. Each bit is a flag encoded as shown in Table 22-1: Flags:

Flags
Bit	Value	Function
0	1	Device has scalable pixel size (e.g., PostScript).
1	2	Device can control line thickness with hardware.
2	4	Device can output text at an arbitrary angle using hardware.
3	8	Device can display images.
4	16	Device supports color.
5	32	Device can polygon fill with hardware.
6	64	Device hardware characters are monospace.
7	128	Device can read pixels (TVRD).
8	256	Device supports windows.
