WzBar Overview
The WzBar Tool creates these kinds of bar charts:
Simple Bars
In this case, the values in a 1D array represent the bar heights.
Stacked or Grouped Bars
A 2D array can be used to produce stacked or grouped bars, where the first dimension represents the individual bars, and the second dimension represents the number of groups or stacks.
Stacked and Grouped Bars
A 3D array produces bars that are stacked and grouped, where the first dimension represents the number of bars, the second dimension represents the number of bars per group, and the third dimension represents the number of groups.
Data Types
The WzBar Tool is used to visualize relative trends 1D, 2D, or 3D data. You can create a bar chart from any 1D, 2D, or 3D variable of these types (maximum of 400 elements):
note | Avoid using the PV‑WAVE DEVICE command at the WAVE> command line when VDA Tools are running. |
WzBar Features
The Attributes=>Bar Attributes and Attributes=>View Attributes dialog boxes allow you to customize the appearance of the a chart. For instance, you have control over the bar colors, text characteristics, legend position, labeling, and other attributes.
note | Don’t forget to check the message area at the bottom of the WzBar window. The message area displays helpful information about whatever task you are performing. |
