Configuring incoming webhooks for Windows

1. Open nginx\conf\nginx.conf in the P4 Plan Web folder.

2. For a new installation, edit nginx.conf before you run install.ps1.

3. If you upgraded, the block is not in your nginx.conf (upgrades don't touch it). Copy it from nginx-example-windows.conf - everything from ## BEGIN inbound-webhooks to ## END inbound-webhooks - and paste it inside http { }.

The Integrations service must be installed. If you skipped it, run install.ps1 again and answer Y to "Do you want to install the integrations service?".

4. Remove one # from the start of every line in the block.

5. Set server_name to your public hostname.

6. Optional: change the two ssl_certificate lines to use another certificate.

7. If you changed integrationPort, change the port in proxy_pass too.

8. Open integrations\.env and add the following:

Copy
inboundWebhooksEnabled=true

9. Restart the P4 Plan Web Nginx and P4 Plan Web Integrations services.

10. In Windows Firewall, open port 8443 only. Keep 80 and 443 internal.
