Gauge, or traffic light, dashboard charts display red, yellow, or green based on criteria you specify. You need to set the color bounds to specify when the traffic light turns color based on the measure selected for the chart.
1. Select the chart on the dashboard page.
2. In the Edit chart pane, select Options and then Set color bounds. You can also mouse over the chart, select 
, and then Set color bounds.
The Set traffic light bounds dialog opens.
3. Enter numbers for when to turn the lights red and green. For example, if you use a Number of items measure for the chart and you want the light turn red when the number of items is greater than or equal to 5, enter 5 in the Turn red at box.
You can set a lower number for when the traffic light should turn red than green. This is useful if you have a traffic light where a lower number is considered worse.
4. Select OK to save the changes.
