Sharing reports

You can share reports to other users and user groups, enabling them to use them to filter and sort the current view.

1. Select My Reports in the toolbar.

The Reports interface appears.

2. Select a report in the list and select Share.

The Share report dialog appears, which contains a list of users and user groups, split into Available and Shared to. Users and groups in the latter list can access the selected report.

3. Select a user or user group in the Available list and select the right-facing arrow button.

This moves the selected user or group to the Shared to list. If you want a report to no longer be shared with a specific user/group, reverse this process; select them and select the left-facing arrow to move them back to the Available list.

4. Select OK.
