You can turn the QA user accounts into normal users, which gives them access to other areas and functions within P4 Plan.
Only users with administration rights can manage QA users.
1. Select Admin.
The Admin area opens.
2. Select Users.
The Users list opens.
3. Click More.
4. Click Convert QA accounts to full user accounts.
