You can export dashboard pages to Microsoft PowerPoint. This can be helpful for sharing dashboard charts in a presentation or other documents.
The resulting PowerPoint presentation includes a slide with the dashboard name and separate slides for each dashboard chart.
1. Select Dashboards.
The Dashboards area opens.
2. Select the tab for the page to export.
3. Select Export as PowerPoint on the toolbar.
The Save this page as a presentation dialog opens.
4. Select a location to save the file in and enter a File name. The default file name is the dashboard page name.
5. Select Save.
The dashboard is exported and saved as a PowerPoint presentation in the selected location.
