Editing placeholder users
Edit a placeholder user to update the user name, sorting name, or groups the user is in.
1. Depending on what type of user you are, use one of the following methods:
- If you are a main manager, open the Planning view, select More, choose Placeholder users, and then choose Manage placeholder users.
- If you are an administrator, open the Admin view, then select Users.
The Manage placeholder users dialog opens.
The Users tab opens.
2. Select the user to edit and select Edit.
The Edit placeholder user dialog opens.
3. Make any changes in the Information or User Groups categories. See Adding placeholder users for information.
4. Select OK to save the changes.
5. When you finish, select Close.
