If you are an admin, you can disable P4 Plan's chat feature for specific users.
1. Open the Admin tab.
2. Select Chat policy in the More settings section.
The Chat policy window appears.
3. Select Select users.
The Disable chat for these users window appears.
4. Select one or more users/groups in the All Users list and select the right-facing arrow to move them to the Users with disabled chat list.
To re-enable chat for a user or group, reverse this process by selecting them in the Users with disabled chat list and selecting the left facing arrow.
5. Select OK to save.
