  2. On the Form tab, update the settings that you want to change:

    • Full Name: Enter the name that you want other users to see.
    • Email: Enter the email address that you want to use to receive P4V notifications.
    • Job view: Specify the jobs that you want to appear automatically on new changelists.

    • Reviews: Specify the files and folders that you want to monitor for changes.

  3. Click OK.

Configure job view filters

  1. On the Connection menu, select Edit Current User.

  2. On the Form tab, locate the Job View field.

  3. Enter a valid P4 Server job filter expression.

When you create a changelist, jobs that match the filter are automatically added to the changelist form. Jobs fixed by the changelist should remain on the form when you submit the changelist. Remove any jobs that do not apply to the changelist.

Example job view filter

If your site uses an Owned-By field, you can use a filter such as:

Owned-By=yourname status=open

This filter automatically adds all open jobs assigned to the specified user to newly created changelists.
