You can request P4 One technical support from the Perforce Customer Support Portal.

Go to the Perforce Customer Support Portal.

Click Log a Case.

On the Log a case page, enter and select information about your issue. Select the following values:
- Business Line: Helix Core
- Product Family: Clients
- Product: P4 One
Provide the Support team with details about your environment to help them diagnose the issue. To learn more, see Copy environment details to help diagnose issues. -
When you finish entering information, click Submit case.
A confirmation page opens with information about your case.
