Delete an asset from a collection
When you upload your deleted asset, the asset is deleted from Helix DAM and the collections of other users when they download your change.
You can delete assets from your collection at any time. Deleted assets are shown as Deleted in your My changes list.

In Helix Sync, click the project to open it, and then open the collection.

Click the All assets list.

Click
next to the asset, and select Lock asset. The asset is locked.

In the My changes and All assets lists, the asset is labeled as Locked by: me

In the Changes by others list, locked assets are labeled Locked by: username (username of the user that locked the asset)

Open your collection in your file browser or tool you are using for your project.

Navigate to the folder your asset is in.

Delete the asset. Helix Sync displays the deleted asset on the My changes list.

Upload the change with Helix Sync. See Upload changes.
The asset is deleted from Helix DAM.
If you delete the asset by mistake, either restore it from your trash can/recycle bin or click 
for the asset on the My changes list.
