Projects

Projects organize depot paths, workflows, and review rules in P4 Code Review. Use projects to group users and code into a shared workspace in P4 Code Review and collaborate on one or more code lines in P4 Server.

Use projects to group related work, define participants, and control how reviews are managed. Each project can be configured to match the needs of your team or codebase.

Projects support different approval models. For example, standard projects restrict who can approve a review based on project membership, whereas open projects allow any authenticated user to approve a review when certain conditions are met. To learn more, see Open projects.
