Viewing notifications

Notifications are created when users tag you in comments or add you to reviews in Helix DAM. See Adding comments to assets and Managing asset reviewers.

1. Click the bell icon in the top right corner. A dot indicates that you have new notifications.

   The Notifications list is displayed with timestamps in your local time zone.

• Comment notifications show which user tagged you, include a link to the project where the comment was made, and show up to the first three lines of the comment.
• Reviewer notifications show the project where the review was created and include a link to the asset.
Tip

Depending on how many notifications you have, you may see sections for Today, Yesterday, and Older. Click Load more to see more notifications if you have more than fit on the screen.

2. Click the text of the notification to open the asset. This will also clear the notification. For comment notifications, the comment will be briefly highlighted.
