Inviting people to projects

To give someone access to assets, invite them to the project the assets are in.

Note

Only users who have been added to Helix DAM by an administrator can be invited to projects.

  1. Open the project to invite people to.

  2. Click Team in the left pane.

    The project members are displayed.

    Tip

    You can search for a user or sort the user list to see if users are already members of the project.

  3. Click + on the right side of the page.

    The Invite users to project dialog box opens.

  4. Select the users to invite.

    To filter the users in the list, enter the first few letters of a user's name. Matching results are displayed. If the person to invite is not in the list, you may need to check with your administrator to make sure they have access to Helix DAM.

  5. Click Invite.

    The users are added and can now work with assets in the project. Provide the Helix DAM URL and login credentials to the users if they are new to Helix DAM. Ask your administrator for help.
