Setting the default workflow for a company
The workflow set as the default in a company is used for new projects in the company's Kanban boards. Only one workflow can be set as the default.
You must be a company admin to manage company workflows.

Click your avatar and choose Company settings.
The Company settings pane opens.

Click Workflows.
Existing workflows are displayed. You can click the workflow name to see the workflow details or use the search to find a workflow.

Click the menu icon on a workflow and click Set as default. Only active workflows can be set as default. See Activating and inactivating company workflows.
The workflow is set as default. All new projects in your company will use the default workflow.
