Install P4 Sync for Blender

You must download and install P4 Sync to use the P4 DAM integration.

Before you start

You need:

  • A supported operating system:

    • macOS 13 (Ventura) or later

    • Windows 10 or 11

Download and install P4 Sync

Install P4 Sync on your computer.

  1. Download P4 Sync.
  2. Extract the helix-sync.dmg file from the .zip file you downloaded.
  3. Double-click the helix-sync.dmg file to open it in the Finder window.
  4. Drag P4 Sync to the Applications folder or a different folder if you prefer.
  5. Eject the helix-sync.dmg in Finder to unmount it.
  1. Download P4 Sync.
  2. Extract the helix-sync.exe file from the .zip file you downloaded. You might want to move the file to your desktop or another folder for easy access.
