Delete assets

Assets can be deleted. This is useful if you have uploaded an asset by mistake or if an asset is no longer needed.

You can delete one or multiple assets when viewing a collection, or you can delete the asset you are currently viewing.

You can only delete the latest version of an asset. Asset versions marked as Moved/Deleted cannot be viewed or downloaded.

Delete assets when viewing a collection

1. Open the project and collection that contains the assets.

2. In the upper left corner of each asset and bundle, click the selector to select it. A checkmark indicates an asset or bundle is selected.

   To select multiple assets using keyboard shortcuts, see Select multiple assets with shortcuts.

3. Below the assets, click the vertical ellipsis button and click Delete.

   You are prompted to confirm the deletion. There is no undo available.

4. Click Delete.

   The assets are deleted from the collection.

Select multiple assets with shortcuts

You can select multiple assets and bundles by using keyboard and mouse shortcuts.

Delete an asset when viewing it

1. Open the project and collection that contains the asset.
2. Click the asset to open it.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis button and click Delete.

   You are prompted to confirm the deletion. There is no undo available.

   If the asset is part of any asset bundles, they are displayed.

4. Click Delete.

   The asset is deleted from the collection.
