Delete an asset when viewing it

When an asset is locked in P4 Server, the asset is also locked in P4 DAM. Locked assets show a lock icon by the asset name. See Locked assets.
  1. Open the project and collection that contains the asset.
  2. Select the asset to open it.
  3. Select the vertical ellipsis button and select Delete.

    If the asset is part of any bundles, they are shown.

  4. In the Changelist description, enter the reason the change was made (optional).

  5. Select Delete.

    The asset is deleted from the collection.
