To request support or new features, go to the Perforce Support Center.

The Support team may ask for a report on your Helix TeamHub and Helix DAM environment. To get this report, run the following command:

sudo hth-ctl report

The command generates a compressed archive at /tmp/hth_report.tar.gz with Helix TeamHub and Helix DAM logs and system information. Attach the hth_report.tar.gz file to your support request.
