Support

To request support, go to the Perforce Support Center.

The Support team might ask for a report on your P4 DAM environment and the product versions. To find this information:

1. Run the command:

   sudo hth-ctl report

   The command generates a compressed archive at /tmp/hth_report.tar.gz with P4 DAM logs and system information.

2. In P4 DAM, click Help > About.

3. In the About pane, make note of the P4 DAM, P4 Server, P4 Search, and Elasticsearch versions.

4. When responding to your support request, include your system and versions you have noted, and attach the hth_report.tar.gz file.
