Setting the Helix DAM email address

Set up an email address to use for all outgoing Helix DAM emails and to include in links to the Support team throughout the application.

To configure an external SMTP server for handling emails, see Mailing Configuration.

Note

Use the Helix TeamHub Admin web UI to configure Helix DAM.

  1. Log in to the Helix TeamHub admin UI. See Logging in to the Helix TeamHub admin UI.

  2. Click Mail settings.

    The Mail settings page opens.

  3. Enter the Support email.

  4. Click Save settings.
