Manage subscriptions | P4 Cloud account administrator

You can make updates to your subscriptions, such as increasing users and storage and adding P4 Code Review.

1. Log in to the portal.

   The Subscription page opens.

2. Click a subscription.

   The Subscription details page opens.

3. Click Manage.

   The Manage subscription page opens.

You can review usage metrics to determine if you need to change your subscription. See View usage metrics for P4 Cloud | P4 Cloud account administrator.

Your current subscription

Shows your subscription details and updated costs based on changes made on the Manage subscription page.

Field	Action
Users	Enter or select the number of users to include in your subscription. You can increase or decrease the number of users.
Additional storage in GiB	Slide the bar to increase the storage for your instance. You cannot decrease storage. Each storage level is double the level below it. For example, you can only increase from 64 GiB to 128 GiB and from 128 GiB to 256 GiB.
Additional features	Enable additional features in your subscription. You can add P4 Code Review to your subscription to support your code review process. To learn more, see Add P4 Code Review to your subscription | P4 Cloud account administrator.

To update your subscription with the changes, click Next.

1. On the Payment details page, use the card saved on file or enter your credit card information.

2. Click Update subscription.

   It might take a few minutes to apply the changes.

Update payment methods

When you add a subscription to your account, you can pay with a saved credit card or add a new one. You can also update your billing details at any time. To learn more, see Manage payment methods | P4 Cloud account administrators.
