Modifying toolbar and menu commands

You can rearrange and modify toolbar buttons and menu commands.

1. Choose Tools > Customize Toolbars.

The Customize dialog box opens.

2. Click the Commands tab.

3. Click Rearrange Commands.

The Rearrange Commands dialog box opens.

4. Select the Menu Bar or Toolbar you want to modify.

The current toolbar or menu commands are displayed.

5. Click Add to add a command. See Adding toolbar and menu commands.

6. Select a command and click Move Up or Move Down to move it.

7. Select a command and click Modify Selection to modify the name, image, text and image display options, or position in a group of related commands.

8. Select a command and click Delete to delete it.

9. Click Reset to reset the menu or toolbar to the default state.

10. Click Close to save the changes.
