You can customize the commands available on toolbars and menus.
1. Choose Tools > Customize Toolbars.
2. Click the Commands tab.
All available commands are displayed.
3. Select a category and a command.
4. Drag the command to the toolbar or menu.
To remove a command, drag it off the toolbar or menu.
5. Click Rearrange Commands to change the command order and modify button and menu item appearance. See Modifying toolbar and menu commands.
6. Click Close when you finish.
