Deleting Active Directory and LDAP servers

You can delete Active Directory and LDAP servers that you no longer need the license server to retrieve users from. Any users associated with the deleted server are inactivated and cannot access Helix ALM products.

Note:  If a server may be used again in the future, inactivate it instead of deleting it. See Inactivating Active Directory and LDAP servers

1. Click Server Options.

The Server Options dialog box opens.

2. Select Active Directory/LDAP from the Authentication category.

3. Select the server to delete and click Delete.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

4. Click Yes.

The server is deleted.
