View Jira items attached to Perforce ALM items

You can open Jira items attached to Perforce ALM items to view the details.

1. Click the Jira Issues tab when you are working with an item.

2. Click the ID or summary to view it.

The item opens in Jira. You may be prompted to log in before the item opens.

View Jira items in item lists

You can quickly see which ALM items have attached Jira items in item lists. To see up-to-date summary and status information, open the item in Jira or navigate to details in the related ALM item.

You can also view Jira item information in columns when working with folders and requirement documents. See Working with requirement documents and Folders list - List tab.

1. Click the columns and views button , choose Jira Fields, and then choose Jira Issues.

You can also add the Has Jira Issues column, which displays Yes or No to indicate if a ALM item has attached issues.

2. Click the attached item information in the Jira Issues column in the item list.

A list of attached items opens. The ID, summary, and status are displayed.

3. Click an item to open it in Jira.

4. Click View all issues to open the ALM item selected in the item list and view all attached Jira items.
