Using the Reports list window

Use the Reports list window to work with the variety of reports available in Helix ALM. The list displays basic information about reports in the project that you can use to analyze data.

To open the Reports list window, choose View > Reports.

Actions

You can perform the following actions in the Reports list window. Actions you can perform on reports depend on your security permissions.

Run a report in HTML format Select the report and click Preview. Running reports
Save a report in PDF format Select the report and click Save As PDF. Saving reports as PDF files
Add a new report Click Add. Adding items to folders
View the details for a report Select the report and click View. Viewing report details
Edit a report Select the report and click Edit. Editing reports
Copy a hyperlink that runs a report Right-click the report and choose Copy Report Preview Hyperlink. Running reports

Change columns

You can rearrange columns, adjust column widths, and insert and remove columns in the list window. To learn more, see Changing list window columns and fonts.
