Duplicating reports
If you want to add a report with the same basic information as another one, save time by duplicating the existing report and then editing the settings in the new one.
1. In the Reports list window, select the report to duplicate and choose Edit > Duplicate.
The report is duplicated and a number is added to the end of the report name. For example, if you duplicate the Product A report, the duplicated report is named Product A.1.
2. Modify the duplicated report and save the changes. See Editing reports.
