Inserting images in text fields

You can insert images in multi-line text fields. For example, you can insert an image in a requirement description to show a screen mockup.

Tip:  You can also paste or drag images to text fields.

1. Move the cursor to the location in the field where you want to insert the image.

2. Click the Insert/Edit Image button on the formatting toolbar.

The Insert Image dialog box opens.

3. Click Browse to select the files to attach. You can also paste the files or drag and drop them. To remove a file, click next to it.

If you are pasting a file, make sure you select the drop area first. You can only paste images from the clipboard.

Note:  To capture a screen and attach it, click Capture Screen. See Capturing screens.

4. Enter the Width and Height to resize the image. You can resize the image by percentage or pixels. Select Maintain aspect ratio to avoid adjusting the image out of proportion.
