Using the Users list window

The Users list window displays basic information about users in the project. From this list, you can add new users and work with existing users. See Using list windows.

To open the Users list window, choose View > Users.

Perform any of the following actions. The available actions depend on your Helix ALM and license server security permissions.

To search for a user or customer, click Find. See Searching Users and Customers lists.
To view user information, select the user and click View. See Viewing users and customers.
To edit user information, select the user and click Edit. See Editing users and customers.
To add a new user, click Add. See Adding users and customers.
To retrieve users from the license server and add them to the project, click Retrieve Global User. See Retrieving global users and customers.
To promote a local user to a global user, select the user and click Promote. See Promoting users and customers.
To delete a user, select the user and click Delete. See Deleting users and customers.
To customize the list to display only information you need, you can rearrange columns, adjust column widths, and insert and remove columns. See Customizing list windows.
