Using the Customers list window

The Customers list window displays basic information about customers in the project. From this list, you can add new customers and work with existing customers.

To open the Customers list window, choose View > Customers.

Perform any of the following actions. The available actions depend on your Helix ALM and license server security permissions.

• To search for a customer, click Find. See Searching Users and Customers lists.

• To view customer information, select the customer and click View. See Viewing users and customers.
• To edit customer information, select the customer and click Edit. See Editing users and customers.
• To add a new customer, click Add. See Adding users and customers.
• To retrieve customers from the license server and add them to the project, click Retrieve Global Customer. See Retrieving global users and customers.
• To promote a local customer to a global customer, select the customer and click Promote. See Promoting users and customers.

• To delete a customer, select the customer and click Delete. See Deleting users and customers.
• To customize the list to display only information you need, you can rearrange columns, adjust column widths, and insert and remove columns. See Customizing list windows.
