Importing saved list window tabs

You can import saved list window tabs from an XML file exported from another Helix ALM project to use the same configurations to display information. See Exporting saved list window tabs.

1. Choose Tabs > Manage Saved Tabs.

The Saved Tabs dialog box opens. The available options depend on your security permissions.

2. Click Import.

The Import Saved Tabs dialog box opens.

3. Select the XML file that contains the tabs and click Open.

The tabs are imported and displayed in the Saved Tabs dialog box.

Note: If problems occur, the Saved Tabs Import Errors dialog box opens. Copy the information and save it to a file, which you can then use to determine if you need to make changes to the imported tabs based on the project configuration. Click OK to close the dialog box.

4. Click Close when you finish.
