Emailing results

You can attach results to emails to share them with other team members.

1. Click Send Email when viewing results.

A new email opens in your email application. The results summary is in the email Subject field, the recorded steps are plain text in the email body, and a results report is attached.

Note:  The results report is generated in the file format specified in the Defect Scribe options. The default report name is Defect Report followed by today's date (e.g., Defect Report 11_30_2012). See Setting general options.

2. Enter the recipients and any additional information.

3. Click Send.
