Viewing reports

Reports are search queries that can be saved and reused, which can be configured to determine how the results should be filtered, sorted, and grouped. In the web client you can view all reports that you have created and that have been shared to you.

To view your reports, click Reports at the top of the page.

Reports are created and managed in the desktop client. For more information, see Using and managing reports.

This tab will show all reports from Planning, Quality assurance and Product Backlog in one list. Clicking a report will open it in a read-only view, where you can see all items it contains. You can also click the items to open them in the web client.

If a report contains groups and subgroups, these will be collapsed by default. Reports with no selected columns will only display the Item name and Status.

You can filter the list by using the options in the toolbar:

  • Filter by report name - Show reports whose name contains the provided search query.
  • Project - Only show reports from the selected project.
  • Origin - Show either reports you have created or reports shared to you.
