Customising the item list
You can use the Show menu to customise what should be visible in the current view. This menu is available on the toolbar in the Planning, Product backlog, Portfolio find, and Quality assurance areas.
Certain options in this menu are only available for specific views.

| Last comment in list | Shows the latest comment on an item in the tree view below the item name. |
| Rank in list | Shows the stack ranking priority of an item in the hierarchy in the left column. Allows users to view the items in context of the hierarchy while still seeing what their top priority is. | Committed items | (Product backlog only) Shows items that have been committed to the planning view. |
| Hidden items |
Shows items that have been flagged as hidden. To hide items from all users, select a part of the project to hide, right-click it, and choose Hide.

| Completed items | Shows items that have a Completed status. |
| Sub project path depth | Shows the full or partial project path of each item in the name column, or in the sub project path column if this is visible. You can select the depth to determine how many parent items to show, or select No path to hide the sub project path completely. |
| Change view to preset | Changes the view to a preset. |
| Zoom | Zoom the view in, out, or return it to 100%. |
