You can turn the QA user accounts into normal users, which gives them access to other areas and functions within Helix Plan.
Only users with administration rights can manage QA users.
1. Click Admin.
The Admin area opens.
2. Click Users.
The Users list opens.
3. Click More.
4. Click Convert QA accounts to full user accounts.
