Disabling the chat for specific users and groups

If you are an admin, you can disable Helix Plan's chat feature for specific users.

1. Open the Admin tab.

2. Click Chat policy in the More settings section.

The Chat policy window appears.

3. Click Select users.

The Disable chat for these users window appears.

4. Select one or more users/groups in the All Users list and click the right-facing arrow to move them to the Users with disabled chat list.

To re-enable chat for a user or group, reverse this process by selecting them in the Users with disabled chat list and clicking the left facing arrow.

5. Click OK to save.
