You can add an item link to create a connection between a P4 Plan item and an external URL.
1. In the Product Backlog, Quality Assurance, or Planning views, select a P4 Plan item to link from.
The Linked to item section is updated to show links related to the selected item.
2. Click Add New Link.
3. Enter the URL.
4. In the Relation list, specify the relation that the link represents.
- Related to - Indicates a symmetrical relation between the linked items. This is the default option, and old links will be automatically converted to this relation type.
- Blocked By or Blocks - Indicates that one of the items is blocking the other. When either is applied to one item in the link, the opposite relation is automatically assigned to the other.
- Duplicated By or Duplicates - Indicates that one of the items is a duplicate of the other. When either is applied to one item in the link, the opposite relation is automatically assigned to the other.
5. Optionally, use the Notes field to add additional information about the link.
6. Click Link to save.
