If you are a main manager, you can apply a user view preset to other users and user groups.
When you apply a preset to other users, they will not be able to change to another preset.
1. Click More > Manage user view presets.
The Manage user view presets pop-up window opens.
2. Select a preset in the list.
3. Click Apply.
The Preset users and groups window opens.
4. Select a user or user group in the Available column on the left and click the right-facing arrow.
The selected user or group will move to the Apply preset to column and apply the select preset to their view.
5. To reverse the process, select them in the Apply preset to column and click the left-facing arrow.
6. Click OK to save.
