This topic explains how to integrate P4 Plan with Jira Server. Atlassian is deprecating Jira Server, which means that the Jira Server integration will reach end-of-life soon. If you use Jira Cloud or Data Center, see the Jira integration documentation.
In P4 Plan, create a report that includes all items, tasks, and bugs you want to sync with Jira. Reports are not global across the project, but are local to the different P4 Plan sections (Product Backlog, Project Schedule, and QA). The report needs to be configured in the P4 Plan section you are configuring the integration for.
Make sure to test the report to make sure it returns the correct data.
