This topic explains how to integrate Helix Plan with Jira Server. Atlassian is deprecating Jira Server, which means that the Jira Server integration will reach end-of-life soon. If you use Jira Cloud or Data Center, see the Jira integration documentation.
In Helix Plan, create a report that includes all items, tasks, and bugs you want to sync with Jira. Reports are not global across the project, but are local to the different Helix Plan sections (Product Backlog, Project Schedule, and QA). The report needs to be configured in the Helix Plan section you are configuring the integration for.
Make sure to test the report to make sure it returns the correct data.
