This topic explains how to integrate Helix Plan with Jira Server. Atlassian is deprecating Jira Server, which means that the Jira Server integration will reach end-of-life soon. If you use Jira Cloud or Data Center, see the Jira integration documentation.
Add the Jira user you configured for the integration to the hansoft-plugin-users group. This group is automatically created when you install the Helix Plan for Jira plugin. See the Jira help for information about adding users as members in groups.
