Visualization for C++ 6.5 Documentation

Visualization for C++ (Views) allows users to create portable, high performance C++ graphical user interfaces. Quickly create powerful GUIs targeting a large variety of platforms, including Windows, Unix, and Linux.

The Visualization products provide extensive pre-built components for charts, diagrams, and maps. The extensible toolset provides an IDE to rapidly develop complex UIs reducing development time by 50-80 percent.

Views 6.5 adds the following new features:

  • Added the ILV_LEGACY_PROTO_INSPECTOR=true environment variable for backward compatibility.

  • Bug fixes and performance improvements have been made to Views in this release.
