Visualization for C++ 6.4

Visualization for C++ (Views) allows users to create portable, high performance C++ graphical user interfaces. Quickly create powerful GUIs targeting a large variety of platforms, including Windows, Unix, and Linux.
The Visualization products provide extensive pre-built components for charts, diagrams, and maps. The extensible toolset provides an IDE to rapidly develop complex UIs reducing development time by 50-80 percent.

New in Views 6.4
Views 6.4 adds the following new features:
- Added support for Oracle 19c, Visual Studio 2019, Windows 11, SLES 15, and RHEL/CentOS 8.

Several third-party libraries used by Views were updated in this release to avoid any known security vulnerabilities in previous versions.
- Maps UTM Projection, WGS84 and MGRS coordinate conversion improvements

Views samples now use cmake to build the samples distributed with the product.

Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements have been made to Views in this release.
