Initializing and Running a Component

With a linked application or, more generally, with an executable that acts both as a view server and as a component, initializing and running a component is not different from initializing a view server. We can therefore concentrate in this section on the task of initializing and running distributed components based on the Server MvTCP communication layer and Orbix and using Views or not.
