Whether developed with standard modeling services or with dynamic modeling services, a Server object model designed to be used by dynamic views is scriptable. This means that some scripts can be run in the server and access the object model API. A script can create, update or modify server objects.

Part of the Rogue Wave® Server API is also accessible to scripts. This means that you can use script files to perform various tasks, such as opening views, declaring identified objects, and even to implement the methods of dynamic types.
