New platforms

From this version, the following new ports are supported:

• x86_rhel5.0_4.1: Red Hat 5 on PCs using GCC 4.1

• x64_rhel5.0_4.1: Red hat on PCs using GCC 4.1 in 64bits mode.

• power32_aix5.3_7.0: AIX 5.3 on PowerPC, using Visual Age 7.0

• power64_aix5.3_7.0: AIX 5.3 on PowerPC using Visual Age 7.0 in 64bits mode.

• power32_aix6.1_10.1: AIX 6.1 on PowerPC, using Visual Age 10.1

• power64_aix6.1_10.1: AIX 6.1 on PowerPC using Visual Age 10.1 in 64bits mode.

• x86_.net2010_10.0: Microsoft Visual Studio® 2010 with VC++ 10.0

• x64_.net2010_10.0: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 with VC++ 10.0 for AMD64.
