The following bug fixes have been made:

• VIEWS-21987 Reading Ilv file with image from a buffer generates following error : &IlvMsg020103 è (Truncated File)

• VIEWS-21942 IlvViewFrame Resize/attachment bug in Views 6.3 onwards when using Guides and attachments

• VIEWS-21698 Segmentation fault reported in IlvSheet::iCallHandleMatrix() function when cursor is moved into IlvSheet area

• VIEWS-21504 Class Member Function IlvDeltaPoint::getY() is returning x position instead of y position

• VIEWS-21491 Views API Setlocale() doesn't work for 2-Norwegian locales : Norwegian_Bokmål & Norwegian_Nynorsk
