Generating the C++ Code
To generate the C++ code for the first time, choose Generate All from the Application menu. For our application, Rogue Wave® Views Studio generates the following files:
FirstPanelClass class1.ilv Contains the data for the
FirstPanelClass panels.
class1.h Header file for the
FirstPanelClass.
class1.cc Source file for the
FirstPanelClass (if the C++ source file extension is
.cc on your platform).
SecondPanelClass class2.ilv Contains the data for the
SecondPanelClass panel.
class2.h Header file for the
SecondPanelClass.
class2.cc Source file for the
SecondPanelClass.
MyApplication myappli.iva Contains the description of the application.
myappli.h Header file for the application class.
myappli.cc Source file for the application, which also includes the
main function.
myappli.mak Simple
make file for compiling and testing the application.
The following sections describe the class1.h, class1.cc, myappli.h, and myappli.cc files.
