Notification Engine
Notification is the mechanism implemented by the Rogue Wave® Server library to:
register any modification events occurring to viewed objects and viewed relations;
manage subscription to viewed objects by views;
propagate events to the views that need to be updated during the notification cycle.
The notification engine is incremental and only the views that have subscribed to an updated object will be notified during the notification cycle.
