Dynamic Modeling Services
In addition to the static modeling services described in
Chapter 1 to
Chapter 4, Rogue Wave® Server now offers dynamic modeling services. This feature enables you to define a reactive object model dynamically instead of coding it using the Rogue Wave Server modeling classes.
This chapter is divided as follows:
Defining a Dynamic Model explains how to write a dynamic model using either the API of the dynamic modeling interpreter or a UML/XMI description.
How to Use Dynamic Objects explains how inheritance is managed, and how to maintain inverse relations, implement member functions, and extend dynamic objects.
